How to play the blackjack game and betting procedure
Select a chip denomination and then use the 'Up' and 'Down' arrows to raise or lower the amount of your bet by that amount. If you don't want to change the amount of your bet, simply click the 'Deal' button to play the next hand.
Basic rules: This free blackjack game is derived from that played at The Riverbelle online casino.
The object of the blackjack game is to beat the dealer without busting. You bust when your cards total to more than 21, in which case you lose automatically. The winner in blackjack is whoever has closest to a total of 21. You reach 21 by adding up the values of the cards. Face cards (Jacks, Queens and Kings) are worth ten points each, the other cards count as their numerical face values, and Aces are worth one (for a 'hard' hand) or 11 (for a 'soft' hand), whichever is preferable.
If you make a total of 21 with the first two cards (a 10 or a face and an Ace), you win automatically and you usually get 50% extra payoff. This is called a 'Blackjack'. Here you can play free blackjack online with free chips.
