Card games have always been popular and the future won't change that, quite the opposite if we think about how many people enjoy these games.
The most popular card games are: poker, blackjack and baccarat. These are the most common card games played in every land based and online casino. Players have played these games at home among friends; they are not games that you can only play in casinos like slots for example.

A deck contains four suits: spades, hearts, diamonds and clubs. Each suit contains 13 cards. The cards are ranked from the lowest to the highest as: 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, Jack, Queen, King and Ace. In some poker variations Ace can be used as the highest card or the lowest one, depending on the situation. The objective of the game is to make a stronger hand than your opponents and take the pot.

But simple or not using a good strategy like card counting could help you increase your winning chances.
Baccarat, also called "Punto Banco", is by far one of the most glamorous casino card games. It's a game for everyone. It doesn't require special skills or complicated strategies, it's a game based purely on luck. Baccarat is a game with high stakes. The baccarat table is usually found in casinos in specially arranged places, away from the crowds and the other casino action. Baccarat is played with 8 decks of cards, chips or money for bets and a dealing shoe. The object of this game is to win the pot money by making from two or three cards a combination close to nine. All players have to do in order to have a chance to the pot is to learn how the cards are counted in this game.
